Cancellation Policy
OPTI reserves right to cancel any workshop due to under-enrollment, instructor illness or inclement weather. If a workshop is cancelled, OPTI is responsible for refunding only the enrollment fee.
For participant cancellations the following conditions apply:
14 days or more before the workshop date, participants can choose to receive a refund (Less $50 administration charge) or a credit (less $25 administration charge) to any future workshop.
Between 14 days and one business day prior to workshop start date, participants will receive a credit to any future workshop (less $50 administration charge).
For cancellations of less than one business day prior to start of workshop, we regret that a refund or credit cannot be offered if your cancellation is not received at least one business day prior to the workshop.

Substitution Policy
A colleague may attend in your place, at no extra cost. You are required only to notify us of the name of the person attending so that we can correct our records and minimize confusion at registration.
Attendance Policy
The Canadian Psychological Association and Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association requires OPTI to insist on full attendance at live training before issuing a certificate of completion. While OPTI tries to make post-workshop videos available to participants who cannot attend the training, participants must attend the live training sessions in order to receive a certificate.
